Not many people who have traveled or worked overseas would be able to dismiss the value of experience that travel brings and most would recognize it as one of the most important and rewarding learning curves of their lives. With that in mind, Travel Journal established its Internship Division, which seeks to place experienced workers in Japan into various companies and organizations in many industries overseas. The program’s philosophy seeks to expand horizons for both our interns and participating organizations through the exchange of experience, skills and business contacts. Our interns expect no wages just your help in assisting them with accommodation.

Facing the challenges of the millenium, it would be difficult to ignore the changing face of Japan, both economically and culturally. As with the rest of the world, a tradional working life in one company is no longer the norm, as people question the values of old and look to expand their personal horizons. The benefits of travel within a world that is ever closer are now within reach and being embraced by ordinary people. Just as the experiences gained by travel are rich and varied, so are the different age groups from experienced professionals in their 20-30s to highly motivated young hopefuls. And with different work backgrounds including airline companies, top-class hotels and other service industries, as well as major financial, manufacturing and trading corporations.

They all seek the same opportunities: to offer their talents, free of charge in exchange for the wealth of professional and personal experience.

If you would like to take part in the opportunity to host an intern and open your company up to a whole new world of possibilities, please register with TRAJAL Internship free of charge, by filling out the enclosed Host Organization Registration Form and posting/faxing it to us at:
