Six easy steps to opening your organization to cultural and business contacts with Japan.
Fill in and send Host Organization Registration Forms to Trajal.
Interns submit applications with Trajal
Select a suitable intern for your organization from the intern profiles that Trajal will send you.
Interns are checked for language ability and a personal interview is done.
Talk directly with the intern by telephone before he/she leaves Japan for final selection.
Interns select host organizations which they would like to work with and compile their resumes to be sent to host organizations.
Send an official invitation letter to Trajal, inviting the intern to work at your organization.
After the host organization has phoned the intern for an interview and final selection has been made, necessary procedures are to be advised by the host organization. Travel insurance is to be purchased by the intern.
Make arrangements for host family or employee dormitory if possible or help arrange a rental apartment for intern to live in.
Trajal will conduct personal interviews with all interns before departure to ensure they know what is expected of them and to answer any questions.
